Join us in supporting Exhale to Inhale with this all levels vinyasa charity class!
Founded in honor of survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, Exhale to Inhale uses the healing practices of trauma-informed yoga to empower survivors, while helping communities to develop the skills and knowledge to support them. Trauma-informed yoga offers survivors a powerful, body-based path to healing. Through breath, movement, and choice, it helps regulate the nervous system, rebuild a sense of safety, and foster reconnection—supporting both physical and emotional well-being. By offering accessible, inclusive practices, survivors of all backgrounds and abilities can engage in healing on their own terms. Exhale to Inhale' programs—including partnerships with 81 nonprofits, shelters, and crisis centers, weekly public classes, a college program at 10 universities, and a training program that has taught thousands of yoga teachers and wellness professionals—empower survivors, support communities, and create lasting change.
We will be making a donation of $15 on behalf of each member and 10 pack holder that signs up, and there will be an opportunity to donate an additional $5 to meet our goal of a $20 donation per student!

Join Heather Sanderson for a reading of her new children's book “The Dog Who Wanted to be a Butterfly.” We'll begin the afternoon with some family friendly yoga before moving into the book reading. Afterwards, participants will be led through an exercise on dreams, and how we can make our own come true! The event will conclude with a book signing from the author herself.
About the book:
What’s better than chasing butterflies? Becoming one.

Settle into summer serenity with gentle yoga and sound healing. This meditative experience will begin with breathwork and mantra chanting, followed by a series of deep stretches designed to promote circulation, joint health, and flexibility. Most asanas (postures) will be held between 3 to 5 mins as we practice embracing stillness and surrender, both in body and mind. The session will conclude with a relaxing 20-30 min sound bath, featuring singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments.
