Halotherapy, also known as salt therapy, is a holistic wellness practice that involves inhaling micro-sized salt particles in a controlled environment.  

During a halotherapy session, you will recline on a zero-gravity chair in our room, which is equipped with a halogenerator, a device that grinds pharmaceutical-grade salt into tiny particles. These particles are then dispersed into the air, creating an environment that mimics the salt caves.

As a result of the 80 different minerals contained in the pharmaceutical grade salt, inhaling these salt particles may have various health benefits, particularly for respiratory and skin conditions. It is believed to have anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, and it may help in alleviating symptoms of conditions like asthma, bronchitis, allergies, and eczema.
