Welcome to the Wellness Exchange! The Wellness Exchange is Shambhala's new co-working program for wellness and fitness professionals. With this membership, you will be able to utilize Shambhala's Wellness Center for 8 hours each month.

At the Wellness Center, enjoy a fully stocked yoga studio with mats, blankets, and blocks available for use. We offer flexible booking hours on a first come, first serve basis. We also offer limited storage space at the Wellness Center so you can store small items you may not want to cart back and forth to the studio.

Your membership comes with 8 studio hours per month, but additional hours are available at a discounted rate. We also offer marketing support to promote your classes or workshops at the studio!
