Standard Training Package (Grades 5-12)

This high-intensity skill development program is designed for athletes committed to improving their game. Each session focuses on refining fundamentals, enhancing basketball IQ, and developing in-game decision-making. Players will work on ball-handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, finishing, and defensive principles while building strength, speed, and endurance. This training is for those who want to compete at a higher level and maximize their potential.

Eligible classes are Sunday's Spring Forward Class or Monday's Ball Handling + Shooting Class
