This membership includes unlimited classes, 1 Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) session a month, and 1 personal training session a month. It auto-renews monthly until cancelled.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Auto-renews monthly until cancelled
2. Must sign up at least 2 hours before class
4. Must give at least 10 hours notice to cancel a class, FST or PT appointment
5. Late cancels, within 10 hours of class or no shows will result in a 25 dollar charge. No shows or late cancels for FST and PT results in the loss of the session
6. Please arrive to class on time, those that are more then 5 minutes late are not guaranteed entry to class.
7. Must give 2 weeks written notice, before next payment date, to cancel or suspend your membership.
8.  Classes under 2 members will be cancelled.
9. Must follow all PHNX household/cleaning policies
