1 15-minute phone consultation
1 Initial Individual Appointment (75-minute in studio appointment; $140 value)
4 Individual Appointments (50-minute in studio appointment; $440 value)

Welcome Package available to participants who have not visited our studio before.
Package must be used within 60-days.
