Track 3 of Mastering the Quantum Self program includes 100 hours in the EESystem that can be completed as 2 hours or more in the daytime or 10 hours overnight over 3 months from November 2024 to end of January 2025.  This track includes baseline and 3 month testing for biological age from TruDiagnostic and metabolic testing from Choose Health.  It includes 2 health data collection and 2 medical advising sessions with Dr Jennie Hsu.  12 hours of health coaching with Dr. Jennie and 6 Emotion/Body code sessions with Alexis Rankin, RN are provided to assist you with reaching your goals. This track is focused on changes in body composition with 3 months of pHix for visceral fat loss and x39 LifeWave patches to support healthy body composition changes.
