Track 1 of Mastering the Quantum Self program includes 100 hours in the EESystem that can be completed as 2 hours or more in the daytime or 10 hours overnight over 3 months from November 2024 to end of January 2025.  This track includes baseline and 3 month testing for biological age from TruDiagnostic and metabolic testing from Choose Health.  It includes 2 health data collection and 2 medical advising sessions with Dr Jennie Hsu.  It does not include health coaching or Emotion/Body code sessions or other products.
