Foundations is an opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills while learning to identify and embrace your most authentic self so that you can show up for all life has to offer. Training with Kimberlyn at Life’sWork Yoga is a growth journey of learning and self-inquiry; a guided experience to build confidence and competence (in practice AND in life); and preparation to be a Companion Guide for the practice of yoga for the modern practitioner. Pancha Koshas and Transparent Alignment™ provide the philosophical foundation for this 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved Teacher Training curriculum.

This option is best for those who need more flexibility in their training or payment schedule and want more personal attention for practice integration, business development, or professional mentoring.
