The Fit2Play Silver Athlete Performance Package is a great way to supplement your sport specific on field/court/ice/track training.

You will work with our sports performance experts in a supportive and challenging group with other athletes of similar age to develop and advance your athletic abilities.

This package includes eight (8) Fit2Play group training sessions to build strength, speed, agility, mobility, and flexibility.

Each NEW athlete must first undergo a Fit2Play Assessment before entering the program. This session can be purchased individually and must be completed before starting training.
