The Fit4Life Gold Adult Performance Package is an excellent way to invest in yourself as a healthy individual and adult athlete.

Adults will undergo an Fit4Life assessment monthly which will allow for tracking of progress during training.

This package includes twelve (12) Fit4Life group session monthly.

You will work with our sports performance experts in a supportive and challenging group with other active adult/ adult athletes to develop and advance your athletic abilities. Our Fit4Life Program is based upon three-dimensional, functional training that carries over into day to day life and sporting activity! Adults enrolled in Fit4Life can expect improvements in performance, body composition, and overall wellness!
