A beautiful combination beginning gentle stretching, a few restorative yoga postures and followed by 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep - guided meditation). Dress comfortably with light layers so you are warm and cozy through yoga nidra. You will need a bolster (or rolled blanket) and some blocks for the restorative poses, and maybe a light blanket to cover yourself in the final segment.
