Buddy passes do not roll over. Can be paused via email for illness and vacation. Monthly payments do not pause, vacation and illness days will be added to the end of membership. Memberships:
- 12-Month Memberships: You may pause your 12-month membership for illness or
vacation. Please note that payment plans cannot be paused; instead, additional days will
be added to the end of your membership period. 5 Week, 1-Month and 3-Month
Memberships: These memberships do not have a pause option.

Convenience Fee:
- A 3% convenience fee will be applied to all card transactions to cover processing costs.
- We encourage you to link an ACH bank account to avoid this fee, as ACH payments are
fee-free. Cash and Check payment methods are also available at no fee.
