Experience the art of bas-relief with our unique papier-mâché process. Through step-by-step instructions, you will learn how to apply papier-mâché to a substrate, transforming it into a tactile, sculpture-like voluminous form. This immersive process of shaping and molding transcends the boundaries between painting and sculpture. This course is suitable for the students who have already acquired some experience in drawing. Some experience with drawing the human body is helpful but not necessary. Graduates of the Essential Drawing Course are welcome.
