Our weekly small group meditation and yoga sessions will offer you a restful experience, with the full, nourishing attention of our seasoned instructors as you step into the deepest of restorative practices. Our trademark mediation sessions combine optional hands on foot, hand, or neck massage, essential oils, restorative movement, breathwork and mindfulness.
We're not your typical yoga studio. Arrive early or leave with a warm cup of tea and enjoy this journey into the most nourishing practice you've ever experienced in a small group session. Open to everyone, at every level.

This membership receives one free SimpleVeda workshop per month.  Unused workshop does not roll over to next month.
