Cancellation /Hold Policy: You can freeze the membership for up to 60 days per year (unless there are extenuating circumstances), or cancel any time with a 10 business day notice. Membership freezes (depending on their length) affect your following billing date. For cancellations, the current month cannot be prorated, but we can make the cancellation coterminous with the end of your month. Please note, our studio policy is that we do not offer refunds, but can give account credit under limited circumstances. However, there is no refund or credit simply for not having used your membership.
