Slow Flow yoga class in support of peace for Ukraine. This all-level practice will guide you through gentle movements and mindful breathing, creating a serene space for inner reflection and collective healing.  Join us as we come together on the mat to support peace in Ukraine, with all proceeds benefiting relief efforts. There will be Door Raffle Prizes for the 1st, 10th, and 20th attendees generously supported by various community businesses.
