This program is intended for Adult Hockey Players who are looking to improve the individual skills of Skating, Puck Control and Shooting and enhance their recreational hockey experience.

Each class will focus on skating, including: cross-overs, acceleration, agility, edge control, stopping, power turns and efficient stride. Each session will include game-type shooting drills that incorporate the skating and puck control drills taught in each class. The sessions will include Scoring Drills and Game Concepts that will not only help create a well rounded player but also give each student a better understanding of the game.
