Over the next 8 weeks, your body will not only gain strength but so will your mind! You’ll see how strong you are from the inside out so your healthy lifestyle “sticks” while fat decreases! We’ll aim to lower inflammation within the body, increase energy, and improve your body’s response to insulin to help decrease fat stores. We will keep hormones regulated through a few reset phases.
