We are happy to use your vet prescribed, or otherwise provided medicated shampoo during your dog's spa visit.  All medicated shampoo's require more time do to lack of sudsing (takes longe to apply and scrub into the skin), and also due to the instructions of letting the product is on the dog for 10-15 minutes.  It takes longer to wash the dog and therefore, there is a $10 extra charge for using medicated shampoos.

We do not currently provide any medicated shampoos at our spa.
