The human mind is like a spider web; it catches and traps what falls its way. Sometimes its consciously, but often sub consciously. It is said, that every web attracts its contents just by being a spider web. As do we.This combined practice of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga will begin, continue or finalize your re-webbing practice. Diving deep into the connective tissues of the body and ultimately landing somewhere closer to our super consciousness, be the super soul that you are. If a spider can rebuild its web every day, we have that ability too.
