Hot Stone Therapy uses heated stones to help counter tension and relax muscles.  The warmth can encourage muscle relaxation and increase local circulation, making it easier to work through areas that feel tight to you (plus.. it's just nice).  The stones are incorporated into your sesion with a focus on dynamic movement, ensuring comfort and safety while enhancing your massage experience.
