BUDDY PASS FOR FIRE & ICE ROOM (max 2 per individual session)

1. Buddy Pass Overview: Members may purchase Buddy Passes (1 Buddy pass per Guest, max 2 Guests per individual session) as an add-on feature to any Fire & Ice Room session. Each session can accommodate up to two additional friends (hereinafter referred to as “Guest”) in addition to the Member.
2. Guest Responsibility: The Member who purchases the Buddy Pass is fully responsible for the behavior, actions, and adherence to all rules and regulations by their Guests. The Member agrees to ensure that their Guests comply with all provisions of this Agreement and any additional rules posted or communicated by Revival Strength & Recovery staff. Members are prohibited from providing access credentials such as a mobile pass, PIN number or the like to any other individuals including their guests. In the event a member is found to violate guest privilege rules the studio has the right to charge a fee equal to the daily single session fee using the method of payment provided as part of this membership agreement and/or termination of membership.
3. Liability and Indemnity: The Member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revival Strength & Recovery, its owners, staff, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, suits, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to any injury, loss, or damage caused by the Guests' actions, negligence, or failure to adhere to the terms of this Agreement.
4. Waiver Requirement: All Guests must sign a waiver and release of liability form prior to using the Fire & Ice Room. No Guest will be allowed access to the facility without a signed waiver. The Member is responsible for ensuring that their Guests complete and submit this waiver before the session.
5. Age Restrictions and Consent: All Guests must be at least 18 years of age. If a Guest is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver and consent form on their behalf. The Primary Member is responsible for obtaining and submitting the required consent forms for any minor Guests.
6. Behavior and Conduct: The Primary Member agrees to supervise their Guests and ensure that they adhere to the behavior and conduct rules outlined in this Agreement. Any violation of these rules by the Guests may result in the termination of the session and potential suspension or termination of the Primary Member’s membership.
7. Use of Facilities: Guests must adhere to all posted instructions and guidelines for using the Fire & Ice Room, including but not limited to, appropriate attire, hygiene, and safety precautions. The Member is responsible for communicating these instructions to their Guests.
8. Property Damage: The Primary Member is responsible for any damage to the facility, equipment, or property caused by their Guests. The Member agrees to cover the costs of repairs or replacements for any such damage.
