Cupping is a comfortable, relaxing and releasing experience. Once secured on the skin, the cups may feel tight, and you might notice some pulling and pressure. 

Zen Den Massage Therapists may leave the cups in place for several minutes or move them along the skin mimicking massage. The cups are suctioned on the skin pulling fascia, fluids, and superficial muscle layers into the cups. Blood rushes into the cupped area nourishing the muscle, releasing toxins and relaxing muscle tissue.
