HSA Eligible.  This workshop will meet every TUESDAY for 6 weeks from 6.30p to 8.30p.  We will meet at the Vital Wellness facility located at 9965 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37922.  The workshop includes the 6 educational workshops, an extensive lab work up so we can make personal recommendations, access to our group workouts during the six week program, and 3 individual 1:1 coaching sessions for each individual.  There is an optional Brain Labs adder that will include 20 additional blood work labs along with personal recommendations for lab results outside of the normal range.
