Pilates Remedy supports the fight against breast cancer by offering sessions specifically designed to strengthen the body prior to surgery and help the body to heal and recover after treatment and reconstruction, as created by the Pink Ribbon Program.

The Pink Ribbon Program is a Pilates-based exercise recovery system created to stretch and strengthen the shoulders, chest, and back, which are the areas most affected by breast cancer surgery, treatment, and reconstruction. The typical cost for a 6 week (12 session) Pink Ribbon Program is $750. Some clients will be able to join regular classes afterward, but some clients will need or benefit from further sessions. 

Pilates Remedy recognizes the physical and emotional cost clients with breast cancer bear and seeks to alleviate the financial burden of recovery by creating a scholarship fund at Pilates Remedy for local clients with breast cancer. By “purchasing” a dollar amount or set of sessions you are contributing to the scholarship fund at Pilates Remedy for local clients with breast cancer.
