A Private Membership Association (PMA) is an umbrella term for a variety of secular and faith-based associations with the objective of conducting their business in private, versus public. A PMA is created by and exists upon the contract authority and power that people have reserved for themselves. Vitality Lounge is a Ministerial PMA, based on our faith in the powerful innate healing capacities of spirit, nature, and the human body.

1. To begin, please click this link to create a Vitality Lounge profile in the WellnessLiving scheduling platform. (Current WellnessLiving users may login as usual.)
2. Once you are signed in, you may click here to read and acknowledge the Vitality Lounge PMA Membership Agreement.
3. You are welcome to donate your $10 for a Lifetime Membership in person 20 minutes prior to your first session with cash, check, SoundMoney Wallet, silver, or gold, or you may donate now via check to Vitality Lounge (at 24325 Meridian Ave S, Bothell WA 98021) or with the SoundMoney Wallet app.

Once we receive your Membership Agreement you will be activated as a Member in our system and may schedule sessions online or by contacting our office.
