Journey to 5K is a supportive, 9-week program designed to help beginners build endurance and confidence to complete a 5K at their own pace—whether walking, running, or a combination of both. Each week, you'll receive an easy-to-follow plan with structured walking and running guidelines to help you progress comfortably. You'll also have access to staff for questions at any time, plus the option to track your journey in our app. For those looking for extra motivation, an optional 5K run at the end of the program will give you the chance to celebrate your progress and success!
When purchased, you will recieve an email containing the link to 2 PDF documents - one for walking and one for running.
