Yoga TuneUp Therapy Balls are specially designed tools for myofascial release. Created to mimic the texture of our body's fascia, these tools are most ideal for safe and effective self massage.

The small size of the balls are perfect to target smaller areas (e.g. at tops of shoulders or near shoulder blades) and offer the best amount of pressure (equivalent to the pressure of a masseuse's thumb).
