This 21 day workout program is a 3 day a week program. This self guided challenge will provide you with a fitness program (complete with how to videos) that you can complete at home, at the gym, or even outside. You will complete it at your own pace and time. The workout plan will be sent you on Friday, September 9th so you can prepare you week and book your workouts in.
