Energy clearing is a form of meditation where you can relax, close your eyes, and release stress, tension, and unease. In this video recording, Jacqui brings you on a journey through guided visualization to help you heal, connect, release, and feel more at ease. This experience will help you feel lighter, calmer, centered and more balanced.

 

To prepare for class, we recommend finding a comfortable spot where you will not be interrupted. You can close your eyes and relax. It is normal to fall asleep for part of the experience, so we recommend setting an alarm for 10 minutes after class and/or listening at the end of the day, before you fall asleep. 

 

About Jacqui
I was someone who felt content with life, but often wondered if there was something different I should be doing. I enjoyed and benefited from my work experience, but would also long for something more. At some point, my body began to experience unexplained pain. Stressed and anxiety increased. I felt guided to look for holistic ways to help the pain in my body and this led me to experience energy healing for the first time.

 

Not only did energy healing help my pain, but it also helped me to gain clarity on what I enjoyed doing and work that was heart centered and purposeful.

 

Through my own healing journey, I learned about energy and the major impact it can have on our bodies and our lives. The more I learned the more I yearned to grow and expand my knowledge and experience. My energy vibration shifted higher and I am now working in a field that rewards me in so many ways.

 

My goal is to help people gain clarity and experience life at its fullest. I feel a karmic connection to this work and would like to teach others to open up to their potential and life’s possibilities.
