**Required member at- home equipment**

Therabands can add support or challenge you at the same time.  A must have for all Pilates School members and clients.  All bands are 80" length.

Medium to Extra Heavy Triple Set Bands

(1) Black, (1) Blue, (1) Green, (4) Poor Man's Toe Correctors.  Best for larger and taller body types.

Medium to Heavy Triple Set Bands

(1) Black, (1) Green, (1) Red, (4) Poor Man's Toe Correctors.  Best for smaller and shorter body types.

Single Band Option

Purchase a signle band on select multiple bands to suit you Pilates and fitness needs. Use the resistance guide in the drop down menu to select the best resistance for your needs.
