Join us for a 30 day Yoga Gratitude Challenge from October 1 - 30, where every regularly scheduled class will incorporate insights and wisdom pertaining to this powerful virtue.
Positive psychology research has found that gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness, improved health and well-being, increased positive emotions and the ability to deal with adversity more effectively.
Embrace an attitude of gratitude throughout the month of October and beyond by participating in as many in-studio yoga practices as you can. Experience a profound shift in how you show up for yourself and others, adopting an elevated awareness of gratitude in all you think, say and do.
There are three raffle prizes up for grabs. Earn one entry for every class attended with a maximum of one entry per day.
