Description
Right from the start, our objective was to develop a series of top-of-the-line rubbers capable of both speed and spin. Based on this, we developed all of the rubbers in the Rhyzer series with these 2 supporting innovations:
- Each Rhyzer rubber contains the new JOOLA Powermax sponge with a 2.3mm thickness, which is thicker than conventional rubbers and therefore, generates more speed.
- The new upper rubber is not only thinner, but also stretched to provide more tension and a better grip. This creates less friction loss, which means more spin.
In line with our mission of providing all-encompassing products for
players of all skill levels, we wanted our line of Rhyzer rubbers
to be able to be used by both the average player who needs a
softer, more sensitive rubber for more control and the professional
player that needs a stiffer sponge for more power. To accomplish
this, we created 3 Rhyzer rubbers, each with a different sponge
hardness, and 2 types of pimple structures.
The Rhyzer 43 and Rhyzer 48 are both equipped with thin pimples and
a wider distance between each pimple. This allows the ball to
penetrate deeper into the rubber surface to create a catapult
effect for a higher ball trajectory. At the same time, the softer
43 and 48 degree sponges provide more control.
In contrast, the Rhyzer Pro 50 has a stiffer 50 degree sponge,
thicker pimples, and a narrower distance between each pimple. This
means that the ball contact time is shorter, the stroke harder, and
the trajectory lower. The Rhyzer Pro 50 rubber plays with maximum
power.
Numerous top players such as Daniel Habesohn, Petrissa Solja and
Jörg Rosskopf have contributed to the extensive development of the
Rhyzer series. No detail has been overlooked. The JOOLA Rhyzer
rubbers is a remarkable series of rubbers suitable for players of
all levels.
