Join and learn the fundamentals needed to use breath as a way to activate different nervous system states and effectively balance energy and stress. Each session will focus on breath mechanics, understanding nervous system states, and breathing techniques to activate or relax our nervous system. Our approach is science-based, providing you with real, measurable improvements to your overall sense of wellness. You will leave with a clear understanding of breathing anatomy, your nervous system, ways to measure the effectiveness of your practice, and when to use different techniques to achieve a particular result.
You will leave with the tools to: activate your mind and body for exercise or work, increase alertness, balance stress, regulate emotions and anxiety, improve digestion, balance your energy, and improve recovery and sleep quality.
