Resistance bands are 5' in length, and come in a variety of strengths from yellow (very light), red (light/medium) and blue (medium/heavy).

We typically use a red for upper body work and a blue for lower body - however clients with shoulder or neck issues may benefit from a yellow.  Those with more athletic upper body strength can use a blue for upper body work.
