Nutrition consult and setup of meal plan. 1 hour session cost.  Minimum of 30 day menu setup, follow up email of all needed nutrition info and setup to succeed! Step by step instructions and weekly check-ins.  This session will be used to find out what your current diet is, what/where it needs to be, what tweaks / recommendations need to be made, what's realistic to implement NOW.  What's realistic to your lifestyle to make this a long-term plan. Tips and MUST-DO'S to make positive changes.  Truly catered to the individual clients needs.  All setup will be done during this session.  All things discussed will then later be emailed to the client.
