This 3.5-hour workshop is for students and teachers alike. Join Annie Chapman and her LOVE of nurturing students through the practice of deep restoration.  You will learn how to use bolsters, blocks, and blankets to support students in restorative poses. 

Choosing the right music is important. You will have access to the playlist which includes mantras and will be given their English translation. You will leave with an understanding of how lighting, music, and the preparation of the room can enhance the student's experience. You will receive a printout of a restorative sequence and a yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).  Don't miss this workshop.
