Join us for a 5 Week Yoga Trapeze® Series with a Focus on Flexibility happening this August with Instructor Megan Tyler

 

Wednesdays, starting August 3rd - 31st 5:45PM - 6:45PM | $105 |

 

During our weekly sessions, students will experience targeted mobility training that involves long-hold stretches Poses are practiced completely relaxed, passively, so gravity does most of the work! We will also learn about how utilizing a 4:8 breath count can benefit in supporting our bodies during a long stretch and your overall flexibility training

 

With the help of the Trapeze, students will be able to find depth in postures (maybe even more-so than in a regular mat practice) while gaining flexibility over our time together

 

We will work in a few variations intermittently during class to help increase your heartrate throughout but students can expect an overall relaxing experience to support your flexibility training beginner friendly yet all levels are welcome and truly a great chance to learn for those new to the trapeze! 

 

Note: you don’t have to “be flexible” to take this series, the key word is ‘training’! We will be training our muscles to gain more flexibility over time
