Myth (powerful & empowering stories), Mantra (chanting) and Mudra (hand gestures/energetic seals) are an incredibly important, powerful and accessible inclusions in the practice of Tantrik Hatha Yoga. 

This masterclass will focus on sharing the key elements of these important and powerful tantrik practices. Exploring how these practices can be used to support us in our daily lives. We will dive into different myths that can be used to empower us for different reasons, mantra to raise our vibration and sense of love and connection or help us overcome challenges, and mudra to enhance the subtle energies of our practice. 

Suitable for those completely new to these practices or yogins wishing to deepen their knowledge of these powerful aspects of yoga.
