Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that a therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Reiki is most commonly known as a holistic healing method called 'energy healing'. Other names for Reiki are: Chi, Qi, Prana, and Life Force Energy, which is natural energy that flows in each of us and all around us.

This free session will introduce you to Reiki, the benefits of Reiki, who it is for, and what to expect during a session. An abbreviated Reiki session will be offered to the group, so be sure to dress comfortably (think layers) and bring a mat to lay down on. Be prepared to relax and unwind!
