New Years Day Sankalpa Ceremony 

Every year at RFY we gather on New Years Day for a Sankalpa Ceremony, which gives us the opportunity to begin the year in a sacred way by honoring our highest truth. 

Alee Link, E-RYT 500, will guide us through the numerology & astrology of 2022, while also offering a yoga flow & meditation to help support the energy at hand, and we will close with a Sankalpa Ceremony. 

Typically, we’re taught to set New Year’s Resolutions, which lead us down the path of thinking something is fundamentally wrong with us, and the truth of living a whole and fulfilling life is understanding that you are already whole and completely perfect. A Sankalpa Ceremony offers us the opportunity to deeply connect with our highest selves by understanding our true purpose in this mighty world. To live in purpose and on purpose invites the most pure sense of peace into everything we do & offer this world. 

Ps: We’ll also be working with the energy of a New Moon so expect New Year vibes to be elevated to the max!
