Jump start your 2022 with 22 Days of Yoga based on the book “21 Day Yoga Body” by Sadie Nardini (we will add one BONUS day to celebrate with a party and food made from the recipes in the book!!!)
Join this 22 day challenge to shape up you in the new year! Get ready for Total Body Transformation. Renovate your body, mind and spirit. Turbo charge your results, speed up your metabolism, build lean muscle and burn fat all while building nutitional savvy and emotional strength!
Enjoy daily lifestyle tips, yoga sequences led by Christine following the book, breathing and meditation, nutrition tips and recipes!
Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday 6-7pm.
