Description
No doubt the last two years have been an incredible opportunity for change and transformation much like the death and rebirth lifecycle of the caterpillar-cocoon-butterfly. We have all been overindulgent caterpillars, quarantined and isolated, now ready to be birthed anew. From a soulful perspective we’ve gone through this process to use our imaginations again, to tap into our creative potential and transform ourselves and the world into something more aligned ,sustainable and AUTHENTIC. Just as the time of The Renaissance between the 14th century to the 17th century was a fervent period of European cultural, artistic, political and economic “rebirth” , a rediscovery of classical philosophy, literature and art, so too is this time for us to reconnect to our true selves, core values and expression.
In this specially curated class, you will get a taste of what is possible for you now using movement, breath and imagination. You may find out how to redesign your practice, discover deeper meaning to your yoga and/or just vibe and connect with a like minded community once again.
It’s time to move out of the dark and into the light. To heal. To commune. To serve. It’s time to take flight.
