Ecstatic dance is conscious, free-form rhythmic movement. We dance to express, not impress. No dance experience or partners required. Come move your body to release tension, lift mood, and warm to your core! Any body is welcome! 

Location: Inspiring Actions Studio, River Falls, WI

What to Expect: Opening with introductions, reviewing floor agreements, setting intentions, soundscape with various global music designed to bring you on an inner journey, meditation, and sharing to close.

Pre-Registration: $30/Required online at least one hour prior to class start time/max 12 participants

Bring: Please wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring water, and a yoga mat.
