Join Toni Lum, E-RYT200, and Sydney McLees, RYT200, for an evening of ceremony as we welcome the Taurean Full Moon on Friday, November 19th, 6pm-7:30pm. We will use a restorative practice led by Toni to open the body, and prepare the spirit for a full moon sound bath led by Sydney. Use this practice to yes ease the mind, but also to step into the holidays with an open-heart grounded in your purpose, your identity.
