Join us for our next Integrate Series event: Create at the Bo Bartlett Center! An evening of art gazing and education, yoga flow and meditation, and creating your own abstract painting while being guided by local artist Katie Jacobson. 

 

This evening is specifically designed to offer space for deeper connectivity with your natural state of existence through the inspiring creative form of visual art. We invite you to join us in a flow dedicated to the sacral chakra (the home of creativity), a walk through The Bo Bartlett Center to gain inspiration, followed by an art class geared toward the healing modality of abstract painting lead by local artist Katie Jacobson. 

 

 

Katie has found the abstract subject of painting to be therapeutic and has created a process on how to tap into your creativity and expression. Katie will lead a demo and then present an exercise that will help you find direction in your own piece. All materials will be provided and all levels of painting are welcome as Katie will come around to assist everyone individually. You will leave feeling reconnected, inspired, and filled to the brim with passion. This evening is sure to unlock anywhere you’ve been feeling stuck or in a rut, awakening a deeper sense of liberation for the mind, body, and spirit.
