Join us for an all levels yoga flow at the annual Wild and Scenic Film Festival!! Class will be taught at the Riverside Theater on Saturday, August 21st at 9am. Start the morning with a grounding yoga flow to connect to the Earth and to practice how we can sustain our minds and bodies through breath, movement, and meditation.
