In this breathing circle you will learn how to create your own intentional space, become curious to sensation, cultivate deep listening and ease into this unique vibrational two-part breath. Kimberly Shay is an initiated breath work guide and E-RYT 500. She enjoys encouraging students to connect with their body and breath in a new and intentional way incorporating visualization and spirituality into her dialogue as well as a keen focus on safety, alignment and curiosity. She has a passion for blending many traditions and modalities into an experience that will challenge the physical body with thoughtful asana, quiet the mind with mindfulness based awareness practice, develop connection to the natural world, and open the heart. Kimberly's approach is down to earth and joyful - bringing brightness, confidence and peace. Her goal, as a teacher and guide, is to offer others an empowering experience that they can apply in all areas of their lives.
