Give yourself permission to fully immerse in a night of energetic body release and reconnection through movement, music, and community while being held in balance with the Divine Masculine + Feminine.  Join Adrienne - Buti Yoga RYT200 - and musical alchemist Jon Prophet for a night of Buti + Beats. Adrienne will lead an hour Buti Yoga session formatted to cleanse and release, complete with an extended tribal dance section accompanied by LIVE DRUMMING + Crystal Healing Bowls with Jon. Then attendees will be invited to slip into a 20-minute session of DEEP - the restorative practice from Buti Yoga - accompanied by crystal singing bowls and sealed with a 15 Gong Bath savasana meditation with Jon. You are then invited to stay and visit on the patio complete with locally crafted kombucha and treats + organic, handmade wellness products from The Melanated Apothecary.
